Seismo — Themes
Client: Seismo
In collaboration with Seismo, we have produced a series of longer, thematic videos that explore how global challenges unfold in different parts of the world.
Each film takes the viewer behind the headlines — offering insight, context, and perspective through strong visuals and human stories.
The goal of the project is to make complex global issues accessible and engaging, especially for younger audiences, by combining documentary storytelling, educational depth, and high visual quality.
Through cinematic imagery, creative narration, and carefully researched content, the series invites viewers to look closer at our shared world — and understand how local events connect to global change.
Bhutan - Lykkeindekset
How do you measure a nation’s progress? Most countries rely on GDP — an indicator of economic strength and growth. But in the small Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan, progress is measured not in money, but in happiness. As the only country in the world with a national happiness index — and the only carbon-negative nation — Bhutan has built a global image as a peaceful and sustainable utopia.
Yet beneath this image lies a more complex reality: poverty, limited freedom of speech, and the suppression of minorities. Can happiness truly be measured?
And could the West learn something from Bhutan’s philosophy — or is it simply a beautiful illusion?

Mexico City
- Fremtidens storbyer
More than half of the world’s population now lives in cities — and by 2050, that number will rise to two-thirds, or around 6.5 billion people. As megacities continue to grow, so do the challenges of living in them.
Cities are meant to offer opportunity, comfort, and connection — yet today, many of the world’s largest urban centers struggle with poverty, pollution, and lack of clean water. Mexico City, one of the biggest cities on Earth, is no exception.
How can cities like this remain livable for the millions who call them home?
Through the voices of residents and experts, we explore what it takes to build cities that not only grow — but thrive.

EU - Ydre grænser
Every year, thousands of migrants and refugees risk their lives seeking safety and opportunity within Europe’s borders. On paper, their rights are protected by international conventions — from the UN Refugee Convention to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In practice, the reality is far more complicated.
At Europe’s southern edge, cities like Ceuta and Melilla stand as fortified gateways between continents — symbols of both hope and exclusion. And as nearly one million people applied for asylum in the EU in 2023, the question of how Europe responds has never been more urgent.
Can the EU’s new asylum pact create a fairer system for those seeking refuge — or will it simply reinforce the walls that already divide a continent?
